Liked how high-class and great value the property was and its friendly attentive staff on their efforts to conform to the guidelines. Our breakfast was fresh made with bacon and toast and extra hash brown. We had 3 perfect days here, would recomand the place.

Clean hotel in a good old fashioned building just off all the wonderful Llandudno as well as sea front convenient to town centre. Exceptionally comfortable bed, recently decorated room with an excellent view of the sea. Amazing great location, near shops. Besides, excellent for visiting Promenade.

Everything was VERY GOOD, impeccably clean hotel, unbeatable location on the sea front. The room was neat with a view. Location: the property was next to promenade and the Venue Cymru and the waterfront. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

A decent size and recently decorated rooms with distant views of the great orme are accompanied by courteous service. There is a lot of supplies like : an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV. The location is good and fab, on sea front.
